At House of Kpop, we want you to love your merchandise as much as your favorite idols. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, sealed packaging.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your item is unopened, includes all original inclusions like photocards or posters, and is within the 30-day delivery window.

  Submit a Request

  Email our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack Securely

  Place the item back in its original shipping box or similar protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Affix the provided return label and drop the package at your local carrier, making sure to keep the tracking receipt for your records.
